By using the Aashop midman service through its official communication channels (WhatsApp), you hereby fully agree to all the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please read each clause carefully before commencing any transaction.
User Eligibility, Agreement, and Obligations
Aashop services are available to users who have reached the age of majority (18 years or older). If you are under 18, you must obtain written consent and agreement from a parent or legal guardian before using our services. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the authenticity and legitimacy of the account information being traded.
You agree to comply at all times with all local, national, and international laws related to digital transactions and the use of our services.
Any attempt at fraud, misrepresentation, or engaging in illegal activities will result in your account being immediately suspended, and all held funds in our control will be frozen without prior notice.
Midman Transaction Procedure (WhatsApp Transactions)
All transactions (discussions and payments) are conducted manually through Aashop's official WhatsApp channel. Deposit or full payments must be made only to the bank account number confirmed and announced by the Aashop Admin. We are not liable for any losses arising from payments made to unverified third parties.
Sellers are required to submit account details (ID, password, binding details) to the midman for a security review and information change (*rebind*) process before any final payment is disbursed.
Dispute Resolution, Indemnity, and Liability
In case of a dispute, the final decision made by the Aashop midman is absolute and non-negotiable. We act as a neutral third party and are only responsible for the funds held in our custody (*escrow*).
Aashop is not liable for any loss, damage, or account suspension that may occur after the transaction is fully completed and the buyer has taken complete control of the account.
